Title of Thesis: The inclusion of indigenous knowledge systems into disaster risk reduction policy in the context of climate change: the case of Zimbabwe

Research interests: Indigenous knowledge, how communities cope with hazards, how communities are prepared for potential hazards, what indigenous knowledge tools are used to forecast climate change, what adaptive capacity does the vulnerable communities have to cope, training of vulnerable communities on DRR to raise awareness and capacity building.
