Livhu joined the ACDS team in March 2015. He holds a Ph.D in Development and Management (Disaster Studies) (North-West University) as well as Masters Degrees in Public Administration (University of Pretoria) and Development Studies (University of Free State). Livhu loves the academia and also all of our students he will die a happy Professor one day! Livhu’s research interests are disaster risk governance, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, climate smart agriculture, natural resource management.
